Lease Documentation and Financial Services Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Dealer Trade Ups
Collaborate with sales teams to provide timely and accurate completion of dealer quotes.
Perform administrative duties related to lease/loan applications, including reviewing contracts, facilitating changes, and managing contract updates.
- Partner Funding Quotes
Respond promptly to quote-related questions.
Review signed documents and invoices for installed leases, confirming installation through client communication.
Validate partner invoices against lease pricing worksheets and create daily AP requests for approved fundings.
Skill Requirements- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of accuracy
- Capability to learn and execute on various financial systems, including SAP and Oracle/OLFM
