Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage insurance policies for company assets, ensuring timely renewal and coordination with insurance brokers for claim filing
  • Prepare and process necessary documents, liaise with utility companies for issues, and oversee utility expenses
  • Coordinate rental and lease renewals, handle new contracts, and assist in canvassing and outsourcing materials
  • Ensure office equipment functionality, requisition new supplies, and prepare purchase orders
  • Manage assets inventory, monitor inter-office transfers, and dispose of assets as needed
  • Provide administrative support for corporate activities, messenger requests, printing, scanning, and postage
  • Manage office supplies expenses and requests, book travel arrangements, and create marketing materials
  • Coordinate company events, seminars, and trade shows, and maintain office cleanliness
  • Collaborate with the Engineering Department and Client to monitor and coordinate Preventive Maintenance schedules
  • Support the After Sales Manager in building a long-term relationship with the Client

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a related course
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Experience with government permits and insurance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Determined and self-motivated individual with strong analytical and organizational skills
