Lease Documentation and Administration Specialist

As a Lease Documentation and Administration Specialist at KMC Solutions, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate completion of lease quotes and applications. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in managing contracts, facilitating changes, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to move contracts through our systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with Sales Support teams to provide timely and accurate completion of all Dealer Quotes
Perform administrative and support duties related to creating and booking of lease/loan applications, including reviewing contracts/quotes for accuracy, facilitating changes or price adjustments, managing changes to contracts, and identifying information needed to renew a contract
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to move contracts through our systems and processes and get them signed
Partner Funding Quotes:
Respond timely to all questions related to quote activity
Review signed Delivery and Acceptance and Invoices for installed leases
Confirm installation through contacting clients via email or phone call
Validate Partner invoice against lease pricing worksheets
Create a daily AP request for approved fundings
Approved fundings are saved on shared drive by date
Skill Requirements:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel, and the ability to learn new systems/software such as OLFM
Ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail enabling a high level of accuracy
Demonstrated capability to learn and execute on various financial systems
Familiarity with workflow and webextender imaging, SAP, and Oracle/OLFM
