Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Motorcycle Industry Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent business development skills, strong communication skills, and experience in the motorcycle industry.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Visit dealer head offices to discuss product concerns and provide updates on the latest product support.
  2. Update sales and inventory data for assigned dealers through regular reports.
  3. Collaborate with the head office to ensure nationwide promotion activities are effectively implemented.
  4. Evaluate activity results and provide recommendations for improvement.
  5. Monitor company vehicle maintenance and report any issues.
  6. Assess market strategies and competitor promotions.
  7. Negotiate monthly payment plans with assigned dealers.
  8. Conduct branch visits to check the implementation of product support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience in the motorcycle industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel and work on weekends and holidays as needed.
Estimated Salary: ₱150,000 - ₱250,000 per month
