As a Business Development Executive at Prime@Technology Specialists, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Representative. In this position, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive revenue growth.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships, ultimately driving sales growth and expansion.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely delivery of products and services, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, leveraging industry trends and best practices to drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry or field.
  • Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Educational Background: Fresh graduates welcome; however, relevant certifications or degrees in sales, marketing, or a related field are highly valued.
What We Offer:
  • Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses and commissions, up to 20% of annual salary.
