Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Representative to join our team in Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by prospecting and consulting clients in clinics and hospitals.
About the Role- This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are looking to develop their skills in business development and client relations.
- You will work closely with our marketing team to conduct scheduled clinic blitzes and liaise with doctors and hospital staff to ensure timely documentation of FACT-related activities.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Prospect and consult clients in clinics and hospitals to generate leads for our sales representatives.
- Drive and penetrate OB clinics to allow prospecting and clinic leads generation.
- Manage and drive activities in clinics/hospitals such as clinic blitzes together with CREs.
- Liaise with doctors, clinics, hospitals for training and any FACT inspection fulfillment and ensure proper and timely documentation.
- Update competitors' information in clinics in a timely manner.
- Provide complete leads details, proper schedule records and daily reports.
- Ensure proper recording, processing and timely release of OB honorarium and secretary incentives.
- Participate in marketing events/seminars and may assist in client consultation from time to time when needed.
- Change data loggers in hospital delivery rooms on a regular and efficient manner following FACT standards and protocols.
- Pick up cord blood and/or cord tissue and/or maternal blood samples at the hospital, on demand, and perform proper documentation, initial assessment of samples and consultations with client's spouse and/or family members.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Valid driver's license and a motorcycle.
- Ability to travel around Metro Manila.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays.
