The Role DescriptionJob Summary

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Product Promotions and Business Development Specialist to lead our product promotions and business development efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our products/services, generating sales leads, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, cold calling, and social media outreach.
  • Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of products/services.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Promotional Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events).
  • Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and lead progress.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
  • A college degree preferred; a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing or in relevant industry.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging clients and presenting information clearly.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to establish rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
  • Computer Literate and Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, set goals, and manage time effectively.
