**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our business through strategic planning, effective resource allocation, and advanced sales techniques. This role will focus on identifying new market opportunities, developing long-term sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Drive the identification and development of new business opportunities.
  • Lead and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Oversee and guide the sales team, ensuring effective performance and collaboration.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, marketing, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or people management role.
  • Impressive track record in B2B sales, with proven success in driving market expansion and meeting sales targets.
