Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate orders from company branches by coordinating with commissaries and stores on product availability, allocation, packaging, and delivery.
• Schedule deliveries in collaboration with the commissary and provide documentation of ingress and egress.
• Act as franchise support by maintaining direct contact with branch stores and reporting concerns to department heads.
• Ensure timely information dissemination to company stores regarding policies, new products, and costing.
• Submit monthly sales reports for all commissary sales and company stores based on provided templates.
Requirements:
• Graduate of any 4-year course with at least 2 years of sales experience.
• Proven track record of checking delivered packaged orders, completing and filing documentation, and performing general maintenance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
