**Job Overview**

Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Strategic Sales Manager. This position involves developing and maintaining key relationships with clients to drive business growth and revenue.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct regular consultation meetings with buyers to discuss their needs and preferences.
  2. Cascade company promotions and programs to relevant stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and implementation.
  3. Visit stores on a regular basis to assess sales performance and provide guidance where necessary.
  4. Align with merchandising coordinators to ensure company strategies are executed effectively.
  5. Submit comprehensive reports on sales performance, activity, and other relevant metrics.
  6. Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  7. Introduce new products to assigned accounts to drive sales growth.
  8. Monitor in-store promotional activities and optimize performance accordingly.
  9. Manage account ARs in collaboration with BDM Ops and the CPFI Comptroller Team.
  10. Evaluate and optimize account spending to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  11. Collaborate with the TMG Group to enhance service delivery to assigned accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any Business course.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in sales and distribution functions.
