We're seeking a talented Partner Development Manager (PDM) to join our team. This individual will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and creating AvePoint partner-sourced revenue via Managed Service Providers.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing a strategy to identify and recruit high-value partners that drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue for AvePoint.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure certification and effective enablement of MSPs.
- Operationalizing unique partner models and GTM strategies to drive partner success.
- Providing exceptional partner account management that delivers sales and service excellence.
- Advocating within your partner ecosystem and territory to drive mindshare for AvePoint.
Accountability Includes:
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of potential MSP partners, actively engaging in recruiting and onboarding activities to drive new partner relationships.
- Delivering regular partner enablement sessions to ensure partners are certified and fully trained on AvePoint products and services.
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored GTM strategies for partner success.
- Providing ongoing account management support to partners, acting as their primary contact for any business development or technical enablement needs.
- Tracking and reporting on key performance metrics, including partner-sourced revenue and pipeline growth, to inform strategic decision-making.
- Representing AvePoint at industry events, webinars, and networking sessions to stay up-to-date on MSP trends and promote our brand.
- Leading bi-weekly alignment calls with cross-functional teams to share updates on partner activities, ensuring alignment on initiatives and resources.
- Addressing partner concerns, leveraging feedback to continually enhance the partner experience and drive revenue growth.
You'll Thrive In This Role If:
This position requires someone with at least 5 years of experience in sales and/or partner development, a proven track record of exceeding business development and booking goals, and personal experience managing end-to-end partner enablement plans.
Additionally, you should possess:
- A collaborative mindset, working effectively with internal direct sales & service teams.
- Strong communication skills, able to build relationships with senior executives and owners within the partner community.
- An empathetic approach, listening attentively to partner needs and perspectives.
- Multi-tasking skills, prioritizing effectively.
- A willingness to work in a hybrid setup (2x work from home, 3x work onsite).
- A flexible schedule, comfortable with EMEA mid-shift (3pm-12mn).
