We are seeking an experienced Partner Development Manager to join our team and help drive our growth strategy. As a PDM, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with key Microsoft Cloud Solution Providers, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing business plans to drive partner enablement and growth programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including Microsoft CSP partners and competitors' partners.
- Business Development: Develop and execute business plans to drive partner enablement and growth programs, aligned with regional indirect targets.
- Liaison and Advocate: Act as the advocate and liaison for partners and distributors to the AvePoint account team, ensuring seamless pre- and post-sales processes.
- Cross-Sell and Upsell: Drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives to increase revenue growth and protect existing wallet share.
