**The Ideal Candidate**

We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Specialist Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support to our clients and ensuring that they receive timely resolutions to their issues.

**Your Responsibilities**

  1. Provide complex technical support to our clients, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
  2. Collaborate with colleagues to identify product improvement opportunities and implement changes to reduce support costs and enhance client satisfaction
  3. Participate in problem and knowledge management activities for our products
  4. Engage in on-call rotation to provide support for critical issues

**Requirements**

  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Support Analyst
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with supporting complex and bespoke software solutions
  • Experience using ITSM tools and familiarity of ITIL processes
  • Strong understanding of both on-prem technical landscapes and cloud-based technologies; Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and Windows
  • Able to read, follow, and understand programming languages (PowerShell, Python, T-SQL etc.)

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Programming knowledge
  • Technical qualifications such as Azure certifications and ITIL
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry
