- Proactively notify customers regarding upcoming renewals.
- Prepare renewals' proposal and handle its submission to customers.
- Monitor and perform follow-through with customers until the renewal's opportunity is closed.
- Secure signed customer contracts.
- Database Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data, ensuring data integrity and cleanliness.
- Update and maintain in an organized spreadsheet or database all existing customer information and its relevant service subscription.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of the database across various systems.
- Contract Management:
- Organize and maintain records of complete customer contracts.
- Systematically and efficiently manage the inventory and safekeeping of customer contracts.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate superior.
