Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to drive renewals of existing sales contracts with existing customers, protecting revenue base, avoiding revenue churn, and determining potential upsell for revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Renewals Management:
    • Identify customers subject to renewals on a periodic basis.
    • Proactively notify customers regarding upcoming renewals.
    • Prepare renewals' proposal and handle its submission to customers.
    • Monitor and perform follow-through with customers until the renewal's opportunity is closed.
    • Secure signed customer contracts.
  • Database Management:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data, ensuring data integrity and cleanliness.
    • Update and maintain in an organized spreadsheet or database all existing customer information and its relevant service subscription.
    • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of the database across various systems.
  • Contract Management:
    • Organize and maintain records of complete customer contracts.
    • Systematically and efficiently manage the inventory and safekeeping of customer contracts.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate superior.
