Your Impact:

The Senior Customer Renewals Sales Specialist will:

  • Maintain a large volume of renewals
  • High call and email volume daily, minimum 30 per day
  • Maintain accurate customer master records including licenses, software expiration dates, shipping address, and updating customer contact information
  • Work with customers to resolve any issues that may be preventing them from maintaining a relationship with SolarWinds
  • Follow up on assigned customer software renewal quotes and/or generate custom quotes and present them to the customer
  • Verify pricing, licenses, and expiration dates with customers and resellers globally
  • Resolve order issues with customer service and order management
  • Be responsible for accurately managing pipeline, forecasting, and committing deals daily and weekly
  • Perform other administrative support duties as requested
  • Achieve monthly quotas and cumulative targets
  • Competently use Microsoft Office Applications for internal and external engagement
  • Effectively use professional communication to achieve targets set
