Professional Administrative Support Specialist for Japanese Firm

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at John Clements Recruitment Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the HR Department, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date office records, including contracts, licenses, business permits, and other relevant documents.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Coordinate with relevant government agencies to process Alien Employment Permits and VISA applications for Japanese expats.
- Handle employee concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, HRDM, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a Japanese company.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Interview Process:2 to 3 onsite interviews will be conducted for shortlisted candidates.
