About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Professional to join our team at TOPSERVE SERVICE SOLUTIONS INC.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, directing callers, scheduling appointments, signing for incoming packages, and assisting clients and other visitors.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and directing callers to appropriate personnel
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Signing for incoming packages and handling correspondence
  • Preparing presentations, documents, and reports using software like Microsoft Office or Google Suite
  • Drafting and editing letters, reports, and other documents

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate
  • Pleasing personality
  • Ability to work under pressure

Salary Estimate: PHP 30,000 - PHP 45,000 per month (depending on experience)
