The company is a leading construction and engineering firm that was founded in 1994. It has clients from various sectors, including steelmaking, environmental energy plants, new town development, and high-rise building construction.
Job Responsibilities
We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to keep track of documents, manage administrative tasks, and ensure accuracy in supporting materials. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing invoices, updating documentation, and maintaining records. Additionally, they will assist with clerical and administrative tasks with competence and responsibility.
Benefits
This full-time position offers a salary range of Php18,000-Php27,000 per month, along with benefits such as 13th month pay, government mandate benefits, and SL and VL. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in administration. They must also be familiar with processing government-related documents and legal documents, and be amenable to attending face-to-face interviews.
