Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Professional to join our team at JK Network Services.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong administrative abilities.
Company Overview
We are a dynamic and growing company based in BGC, Taguig, with a headcount of 200 employees. We offer a range of benefits, including transportation allowance, birthday bonus, performance bonus, government statutory contributions, and 13th month pay.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of PHP18,000 gross per month, with opportunities for career growth and professional development. Our benefits package includes:
- Transportation Allowance: PHP100 non-taxable per duty
- Birthday Bonus: PHP1,000 non-taxable per year
- Performance Bonus: PHP2,000 per month
- Government Statutory Contributions: employer-matched contributions to SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG
- 13th Month Pay: an additional month's salary paid annually
Job Responsibilities
The Administrative Support Professional will be responsible for performing a range of administrative tasks, including:
- Filing and Record Keeping: maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Communication: responding to phone calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Meeting Coordination: preparing meeting materials, setting up equipment, and coordinating logistics
- Sales and Customer Service: handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
- Educational Background: degree from a reputable institution
- Language Skills: proficiency in English language (spoken and written)
- Computer Literacy: basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Interpersonal Skills: ability to work effectively with colleagues, management, and clients
Work Schedule and Location
The successful candidate will be required to work on a shifting schedule, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs. Our office is located in BGC, Taguig, with easy access to public transportation.
