Job Summary:

The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing and managing HR and administrative functions, handling a wide range of responsibilities including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, office management, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer management. Organize and oversee onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts, if necessary.
  • HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, implement, and update HR policies in accordance with legal regulations and company culture. Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices.
  • Performance Management: Assist in setting up performance review processes. Support managers with goal-setting, performance feedback, and employee development plans.
