Customer Success Rockstar for Long-term Partnerships

We are seeking a talented Customer Success Rockstar to join our growing team at IOPEX Technologies Philippines - Taguig. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and driving long-term partnerships with our clients, ensuring their continued success and growth.
Your primary responsibility will be to guide our customers' success while driving recurring revenue growth. This includes:
- Working successfully with cross-functional teams around customer success initiatives
- Managing customer lifecycle events such as onboarding, implementation, retention, up-sell, cross-sell, advocacy, etc.
- Acting as the voice of the customer by collecting popular feature requests and creating business reasons to prioritize requests on the product roadmap
- Serving as an escalation point for customer issues and acting as the first point of contact to help team members win difficult deals through white-glove service
You will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, improving, analyzing, and managing both new and existing ideas and tactics. Your excellent coaching, inspiring, and holding-your-team-accountable skills will ensure that your team achieves big goals.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer success and has experience working with SaaS and business platforms like Sales. If you have 3 years of leading a team of Customer Success or Account Management professionals and possess excellent Excel and data management skills, we would love to hear from you.
