Outbound Customer Service Representative

Potami One Water Enterprise Inc. is a rapidly growing multinational beverage manufacturing company specializing in sourcing, processing and bottling artesian drinking water with naturally occurring essential minerals and electrolytes. Our organization prioritizes delivering premium products to customers while maintaining sustainable practices. As we continue to expand our presence globally, we are seeking an Outbound Customer Service Representative to contribute to the growth of our company.

The role of Outbound Customer Service Representative involves contacting potential clients/investors to promote our products/services, generate leads, and build relationships. This position plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by initiating meaningful conversations, gathering customer information, and guiding prospects through the sales process.

Main Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients/investors to promote products/services, schedule appointments, or gather feedback.
• Present company offerings clearly and persuasively, addressing customer needs and objections.
• Maintain a script or adapt to a more conversational approach while keeping goals and targets in mind.
• Record customer information and leads accurately and in a timely manner.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into appointments, sales, or qualified opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets related to calls made, leads generated, and sales closed.
• Provide customers with detailed product/service information and assist with inquiries.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster long-term engagement.
• Contribute to team goals by collaborating with colleagues and sharing best practices.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in outbound calling, telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is highly valued.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage customers, build rapport, and explain complex information in a clear, concise, and easily understandable manner.
• Strong persuasive skills, self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 per annum, along with a Performance Bonus Structure.
