Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to join our team at John Clements Recruitment Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
About the Role:- Coordinate with end-users and clients to identify business opportunities
- SOURCE OUT new clients and customers through networking and marketing efforts
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals based on bid specifications
- Conduct product presentations, attend surveys, and job site meetings to build strong relationships with clients
- Monitor and record collection of payments and outstanding accounts from handled customers
- Collaborate with factories and other trade contractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (advantageous but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
- Bonus structure based on individual performance and company goals
