Job Description:
">The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in all interactions with the Chairman and other stakeholders.

- To provide administrative support to the Chairman, including diary management, meeting organization, travel coordination, and preparation of reports and correspondence.">
- To ensure that all documentation and materials are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.">
- To assist the Chairman in coordinating internal and external relationships, including communication with colleagues, suppliers, and partners.">
- To perform any other duties assigned by the Chairman or General Manager.">
Requirements:
">The successful candidate will have:

- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent business experience.">
- Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative role.">
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.">
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).">
- Ability to work in Hong Kong, with overseas exposure considered an advantage.">
