  • To assist the Chairman in coordinating internal and external relationships, including communication with colleagues, suppliers, and partners.">
  • To perform any other duties assigned by the Chairman or General Manager.">

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent business experience.">
  • Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative role.">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.">
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).">
  • Ability to work in Hong Kong, with overseas exposure considered an advantage.">
