Administrative Timekeeping Coordinator for Asiapro Cooperative

Asiapro Cooperative is seeking a skilled Administrative Timekeeping Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for performing clerical duties, including office filing and documentation, as well as answering phone calls.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in administrative tasks, time keeping, filing, and report writing. They should also possess knowledge of HR terms and policies, as well as good communication and interpersonal skills.
Beyond these essential qualifications, the successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and accuracy in their work.
Responsibilities- Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, document management, and data entry.
- Answer and direct phone calls, responding to inquiries and providing information as needed.
- Assist and execute tasks assigned by the HR Lead, supporting initiatives in training and employee engagement.
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.
- At least one year of experience in administrative roles, preferably with a focus on time keeping and filing.
- Strong knowledge of HR terms, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
