Job Description

The Administrative Services Coordinator will be responsible for managing employee records and contracts, including new hire onboarding, terminations, and updating employee information. This role will also involve assisting in payroll management and implementation, as well as supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or other related fields
  • Computer literate with proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and non-verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
