Job Title: Help Desk Specialist

At Solid Lyndelle Manpower Services Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Help Desk Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Help Desk Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries and service requests via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Log and track customer service requests in our system.
  • Assist customers in resolving technical issues and provide solutions to their problems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Generate and provide regular reports on customer service metrics and performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Office Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Information Technology, or Communications.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Fluency in English language, both verbally and in writing.
