Service Desk Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Specialist to join our team at Nityo Infotech. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective assistance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, or chat.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex issues.
  • Document and track all incidents and issues.

Requirements:
  • Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree course.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in Technical Support/Service Desk.
  • Experience in any ticketing tool.
  • Experience on Support of Android Tablet.
  • Must be open to work 24/7 Shifting schedule.
  • Onsite 3 to 4 times a week (Can be assigned wfh during Saturday and Sundays).
