Service Desk Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Specialist to join our team at Nityo Infotech. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective assistance to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, or chat.
- Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex issues.
- Document and track all incidents and issues.
Requirements:
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree course.
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in Technical Support/Service Desk.
- Experience in any ticketing tool.
- Experience on Support of Android Tablet.
- Must be open to work 24/7 Shifting schedule.
- Onsite 3 to 4 times a week (Can be assigned wfh during Saturday and Sundays).
