Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team at Hunter's Hub Incorporated. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the creation of effective sales plans, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Create and implement sales plans to achieve defined sales targets, working closely with the Managing Director to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Manage client relationships professionally, converting leads into sales with the most efficient use of resources possible.
  • Identify upselling opportunities within existing client projects and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver quotations, proposals, and other responses to client inquiries and requirements in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director and CFO on all commercial commitments to be made with clients.
  • Follow up on leads provided by partner vendors and report sales progress to the Managing Director regularly.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management or any related field.
  • 1-2 years' experience as a Business Development Associate, Sales Associate, or relevant industry experience.
  • Excellent negotiating skills and ability to work independently.
  • A strong desire to sell and good work ethics.
  • Infrastructure experience in the IT industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM Software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • The ability to create marketing plans to support business development goals aligned with company brand.
  • Experience with B2B selling and lead generation.
  • Able to achieve performance metrics, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
