Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our CEO and Managers, including scheduling, reporting, marketing tasks, and data entry. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling: Schedule all jobs, weekly confirmations, portrait sessions, and find backup photographers.
  • Reporting: Report for all departments and assist with planning and administration tasks.
  • Marketing Tasks: Assist with marketing efforts and create reports for key metrics.
  • Data Entry: Enter A/P data and manage email communications.
  • Research: Conduct research on wedding photography industry trends, new software, and products.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, intermediate Excel and Google Docs skills, and ability to learn quickly.
Benefits

Work Environment

This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST. Note that this is +13 or +14 Philippine time, which will be 8:00 PM PHT - 6:00 AM in PHT (during DST) or 9:00 PM PHT - 7:00 AM PHT (outside of DST).
