Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at Anytime Cleaners Corp.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time opportunity that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as excellent multi-tasking abilities.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing filing systems and recording information as needed.
  • Greeting clients and visitors, as well as aiding with client reception.
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands, including organizing travel and coordinating events.
  • Maintaining supply inventory and office equipment, as well as ensuring all paperwork is up-to-date.
  • Providing exceptional administrative support to our team, including creating and maintaining databases and spreadsheets.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fast typing skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
