About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our company executive. This is a critical role that requires exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Scheduling Management: Manage the company executive's schedule, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Communication Support: Send communications on behalf of the company executive, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
  • Logistical Support: Organize and prepare for meetings by gathering necessary documents, arranging travel, and booking accommodations.
  • Phone Support: Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive, and prioritize emails when necessary.
  • Travel Coordination: Coordinate travel arrangements for the company executive, ensuring smooth and efficient travel experiences.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documents for the company executive.
Requirements
  • Estimated Salary: PHP 45,000 - PHP 60,000 per month, depending on experience.
  • Work Location: Philippines (Remote work options available)
