Lead Generation Specialist Opportunity

This role involves identifying and qualifying high-potential SME leads across inbound and outbound channels, engaging prospective customers via calls, emails, and digital platforms to understand their finance needs, and conducting initial discovery conversations to assess eligibility and fit for funding products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify high-potential SME leads through research and outreach
  • Engage with prospective customers to discuss their business needs and requirements
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations to assess eligibility and fit for funding products
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in a CRM system
  • Work closely with senior business finance specialists to hand off qualified leads
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or B2B sales support
  • Exposure to financial services, fintech, or SME lending is a strong plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet lead qualification targets
