Job Description:

The role of a Lead Generation Specialist with Construction Industry Background involves identifying and researching potential leads within the construction industry. This includes developing and executing outreach strategies via email, calls, LinkedIn, etc., to qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales teams.

  • Research and identify potential leads within the construction industry
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns across various channels
  • Qualify leads through thorough assessment and scheduling appointments for sales teams
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead generation processes
  • Monitor and report key metrics related to lead conversion rates
Requirements:

To be successful in this position, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience as an Appointment Setter or Lead Generation Specialist with international clients
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with the construction industry is advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in lead generation software and online marketing channels
  • Knowledge of current technologies, including desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
  • Familiarity with online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
  • Tech savvy and proactive attitude
  • Able to work flexible schedules, including evening shifts
