Job Title:

Business Finance Specialist

About the Role:

This role involves generating leads for commercial finance solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and nurturing potential SME customers to understand their business needs.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience in a lead generation or B2B sales support role is desirable.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify high-potential SME leads across inbound and outbound channels
  • Engage prospective customers via calls, emails and digital platforms to understand their finance needs
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations to assess eligibility and fit for funding products
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Work closely with Business Finance Specialists to hand off qualified leads and contribute to improving outreach strategies and conversion processes
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a lead generation, inside sales or B2B sales support role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet lead qualification targets
  • A proactive and self-starting attitude, with a focus on delivering value
