We are seeking an Accounting and Tax Services Professional who will oversee a portfolio of SME clients in Australia, leading a team of junior and senior accountants to deliver high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accounting and tax services to SME clients, including BAS preparation and submission
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies on behalf of clients
  • Supervise remote bookkeeping clients and advise on various accounting and taxation matters
  • Hire, train, and nurture a team of ambitious accountants
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing a team of accountants servicing clients
  • Proven track record in team management, hiring, training, and nurturing a team of ambitious accountants
  • Excellent command of client communication and delivery organization
