Job Summary:
As a Sales Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers and generating leads for our sales team. You will be required to conduct research, develop targeted outreach campaigns, and communicate with potential customers to build relationships and generate new business opportunities.
The applicant will be tasked to work independently without compromising the team dynamics and contribute to lead generation and leads cleanup. The applicant shall create new leads and work extensively in the CRM software.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets
Develop and implement targeted outreach campaigns to generate leads and build relationships
Communicate with potential customers via phone, email, or other channels to understand their needs and assess their interest in our products or services
Qualify leads and set appointments for our sales team
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and lead generation activities
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for lead generation and sales.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to conduct research and analyze data
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Previous experience in sales or lead generation is a plus.
