This is a highly rewarding opportunity for an experienced Client Partnerships Manager to join our team. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for delivering excellent client service, ensuring seamless communication, and resolving any issues promptly.
Your key objectives will include developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to expand product or service offerings, and providing regular updates on enhancements and new developments.
Skills and qualifications:- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in Technical, Enterprise, or B2B environment.
- Proven track record in account management or other relevant field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and keep up with changing industry trends.
- Detailed knowledge of client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
