About the Job Opportunity

This is a unique chance to develop and manage product/service gaps, leveraging treasury capabilities.

As a key team member, you will partner with internal teams to develop strategic business plans.

You will recommend and participate in product enhancements and service delivery plans, ensuring clients receive an exceptional service experience.

Meet with clients periodically to stay informed of their needs, work closely with internal partners to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.

Advocate on behalf of clients to provide an exceptional service experience, ensure clients' compliance with risk policies and educate them on legal requirements.

Serve as the primary contact for strategic account issues, utilizing effective time management in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant industry and/or functional experience.
  • Understanding of core treasury product sets.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently, both orally and in writing.
  • Effective time management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal colleagues and external clients.
  • Sound judgment in decision-making and risk evaluation.
  • Flexibility with working hours and proficiency with virtual connectivity tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in client service within the financial industry.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and satisfaction.
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in virtual connectivity tools and technology platforms.
