Marketing Partnerships Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Partnerships Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with our business objectives, target market, and product offerings.
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with potential partners, including negotiations, contract development, and execution of partnership agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute joint marketing campaigns, co-branded content, and promotional activities to drive lead generation, client acquisition, engagement, and brand development.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, tracking key metrics and adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
  • Effectively communicate partnership initiatives, progress, and results to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing partnerships or business development in a B2B/SaaS or technology-focused environment.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Fluency in English is a must.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing principles, with a focus on lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive partnership plans.
  • Knowledge of relevant software and tools, such as CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Outstanding execution skills coupled with analytical capabilities and detail orientation.
  • Able to plan and work with a structured timetable and be focused on deliverables.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • A self-starter, able to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Dynamic and proactive, passionate to learn new things, and able to adapt to new challenges.
