We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to develop strategic partnerships with existing customers, driving departmental objectives and customer strategy.
- Buid long-term relationships with new and recurring clients to increase user base and upsell business.
- Cordinate cross-functional projects such as marketing, retention campaigns, and product development.
- Develop revenue growth strategies through collaboration with internal teams.
- Ensure the effectiveness of monthly campaigns and timely customer payment.
- Analyze business performance regularly to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Manage large account portfolios and ensure high-level customer satisfaction.
- Generate innovative ideas and implement tactics for account growth.
- Provide quality follow-up with customer inquiries and technical support.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 2-3 years' experience in client or account management.
- Strong analytical and presentational skills.
- Experience managing large account portfolios.
- Excellent command of English and negotiation skills.
- B2B account management expertise.
- Direct knowledge of key account management or sales skills.
- Achieve set targets by focusing on Active Users and Active Corporates.
