
Partnerships Growth Director

We are seeking an experienced partnerships professional to lead our business growth and revenue initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy that drives business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, research, and assess potential partnership opportunities that align with our strategic objectives, target market, and product offerings.
- Establish and cultivate relationships with potential partners, including negotiations, contract development, and execution of partnership agreements.
- Develop and execute joint marketing campaigns, co-branded content, and promotional activities to drive lead generation, client acquisition, engagement, and brand development.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, tracking key metrics and adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
- Effectively communicate partnership initiatives, progress, and results to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing partnerships or business development in a B2B/SaaS or technology-focused environment.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Fluency in English is a must.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing principles, with a focus on lead generation and client acquisition.
- Ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive partnership plans.
