Sales and Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team at Builders Aid Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and business administration, with experience in the construction industry, particularly with aluminum composite panels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to improve our products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or Architecture
- Proven experience in sales and business development, particularly in the construction industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
