Flying V Key Accounts Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Accounts Executive to join our team at Flying V. As a Key Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our key accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring the success of our retail stations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts to drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets and increase revenue.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor station performance and provide guidance to station managers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with dealers and franchisees to guide them in their sales program and retail outlet operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
