- Business Listings Management: Monitor and manage business listings across various platforms.
- Communication: Communicate with business sellers through professional calls and emails.
- Correspondence: Draft, proofread, and send correspondence with flawless English grammar and tone.
- Administrative Support: Assist with daily administrative and executive support tasks.
- Accounts Payable: Handle Accounts Payable functions, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment scheduling.
- Accounts Receivable: Manage Accounts Receivable processes, including billing, collections, and reconciliations.
- Financial Records: Maintain accurate financial records and support bookkeeping tasks as required.
- Reporting: Prepare reports, maintain organized documentation, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Accounting Background: Prior experience in an accounting firm is highly preferred.
- Accounts Knowledge: Solid knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and CRM systems or business listing platforms.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
