Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our team in real estate operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming calls and provide general administrative support related to property management.
  • Process invoices and other financial documents in our accounting software.
  • Manage email correspondence with tenants regarding rent increases and other important matters.
  • Coordinate viewings of properties and communicate with potential renters.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of office experience, preferably in property management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
