Job Title: Administrative Operations Coordinator
">This role is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, proactive and able to work independently. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth office operations.
">- The Administrative Operations Coordinator supports the team by coordinating and managing documentation for Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) enrollment, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- The incumbent will monitor office maintenance needs, including facilities, equipment and supplies, and report issues promptly for resolution.
- Serving as the point person for administrative operations in the absence of the team leader, the Administrative Operations Coordinator ensures continuity of services and decision-making.
- The successful candidate will ensure accurate processing of benefit claims and reimbursements through platforms such as Xtract or PAL, in line with company policies and employee entitlements.
- The Administrative Operations Coordinator will be responsible for account creation and deletion for new and departing employees.
- Maintenance of HMO records is also part of the job requirements.
- The position involves supporting engagement activities from planning to organizing.
- The Administrative Operations Coordinator will update the AOH list and organizational chart.
- The role also involves utilizing Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) for tracking employee data, generating reports and time keeping.
- Delivery of documents to external clients and submission of urgent bank documents when needed.
Requirements:
">- A Bachelor's Degree in Office Management or Business related courses is required.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills are essential.
- A valid driver's license and ability to drive motorcycle and 4-wheel vehicles are must-haves.
- Ability to multitask and work independently is a requirement for this role.
