Your key responsibilities will include coordinating store openings, managing logistics, ensuring operational aspects are in place, and monitoring store performance. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive project plan to meet monthly targets for store openings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Opening Coordination:
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify and secure suitable locations for new stores.
  • Work closely with the Head of Engineering to ensure the timely construction, delivery, and installation of kiosks and carts.
  • Coordinate with HR to source and onboard necessary manpower, including baristas and support staff.
  • Liaise with the Operations team to ensure that all operational aspects are in place, including staff training and store readiness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineer, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
