1. Overall Objectives
- To lead and manage the sales operations within the Visayas and Mindanao regions.
- To drive sales growth and market share for HVAC and NHVAC products.
- To develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- To ensure the achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
