Regional Sales Strategy Manager

This role plays a key part in developing and implementing regional sell-out strategies that align with overall business objectives to drive effective sales execution.
The successful candidate will have close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of strategies and promotional activities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sell-out strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee coordination and communication of regional sales targets to sales teams.
- Monitor and adjust regional sell-out plans based on real-time data and market feedback.
- Analyze regional sales data to track progress and identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Create and present sell-out reports to senior management, recommending actions for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in regional sales management, sales operations, or similar roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in sales data analysis, market research, and reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of regional sales strategies and promotional activities.
